2.5 yr old twins could have been a real challenge for me as 2 yr olds are by far the most difficult age to photograph, they are super cute but really don’t have any sort of attention span and REALLY don’t want to do what they are told..so it takes careful management and distraction to get them to play ball, but thankfully, these 2 not only were very happy to do what I told them, but their mother was so wonderful and calm she was brilliant at helping me to keep them entertained…I think we both lost a few kilos in the process, but it was brilliant fun.  We went to Richmond Park which was so beautiful, especially this time of the year.

I  am a strong advocate of location family photo shoots as I have seen over the years the difference in how children behave both in the studio and outdoors.  It’s a hands down winner for the wide outdoors for so many reason.  An outdoor location or even in your home, will help to calm any nerves or relax any tension and children can then be themselves and allow everyone to play and explore keeping the kids happy by moving around and finding more things to do.  I love the challenge that the outdoors gives me with photography, the different lighting and backgrounds make for endless options for style and composition allowing me to be creative and artistic as well as keep the kids happy.  For more images of families go to the children’s gallery.

I have been a family photographer for over 10 years and simply love these shoots gaining a reputation for being one of the best family fine art photographers in London.

I have established myself as one of London’s leading children’s photographers and cover most of the Greater London area as well as the home counties and regularly drive out to Windsor, Henley and Wokingham for family shoots.
