From the very beginning, Susan was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing all the information I needed ahead of the Pregnancy shoot, even recommending a great local place for makeup, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.
On the day, she had such a warm and calming presence, I felt immediately at ease. She was so patient and accommodating throughout, especially when I started to feel tired and needed a break.
As it was my first time doing anything like this (and I don’t usually love having photos taken), I was quite nervous, but Susan guided me through every pose with such clarity and reassurance that I felt confident throughout.
I was initially worried about even being able to get just two photos I liked enough to use, but in the end we had so many beautiful images to choose from that it was actually difficult to narrow it down to 20! I’ve no doubt this was down to her direction, her eye for angles and poses, and her help with backdrop and fabric selection.
Susan was also amazing during the editing process. She was very flexible and open to feedback, offering different options and making tweaks until everything felt just right. I really appreciated that she created a custom package for us so we could include additional images, the whole experience felt very personal and tailored.
